RTW Investments interview questions

Candidates were tasked with completing extensive case studies, requiring a week and tens of hours of effort. Subsequently, they were abruptly informed that the company had "changed directions" and was no longer hiring for the role. In the future, it would be respectful for the company to solidify its hiring strategy before requesting such significant time investments from potential employees. This basic consideration is essential for showing respect to all candidates.

The interview process was, to say the least, lengthy and tedious. I was given mundane "tasks' to complete that anyone who has ever done the role should be able to complete. I passed on this role as there were many unknowns about the company / role.
