Just one round with a thirty minute interview. Very straightforward with some behavioral and experience questions. Asked about values and why I wanted to work for Raytheon.
I heard back after less than a week with an offer.

Interview
Great interview, the interviewers were incredibly easy to talk to and asked all behavioral questions. It was about 30 minutes. They got back to me fairly quickly after the interview.
Very general interview. They sat me down and switched between two different interviewer's. Overall, they were very pleasant. I would recommend someone to study general interview questions. There was one senior engineer and a more recent hire conducting the interview

It was much about learning the position and making sure my interests aligned/ I was a good fit. Described different projects I could be working on. Was more of a conversation.
