I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RW Health (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was very professional. I had good feedback throughout and very quick responses to any questions I had. Once I had progressed to a technical test I found this phase challenging and clearly aimed at testing for technical competence. I also had good feedback on this stage. My final interview was a group discussion with some members of SLT which was more of a cultural fit. When I asked specific questions around culture aimed at understanding how people are treated I was really impressed with the responses given and the discussion left me thinking it was a group of people I'd like to work with.

Question 1
Tell us about a software project you've been involved in. What was it about, what did you do and how did it go?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at RW Health (London, England)
Interview
During the initial stage of the interview process, I was tasked with developing a PowerBI dashboard. However, I was ultimately rejected with vague answers. This left me with the impression that the company was more interested in obtaining free dashboards rather than conducting a genuine interview; the interviewer was very unprofessional. My advice to anyone going through a similar interview process is to refrain from completing any tasks until you have successfully passed all the other stages. Otherwise, you may find yourself spending unnecessary time on a task that ultimately doesn't contribute to your progress in the interview process.
