Interview
Had three interviews with Manager (twice), team members. Was approached by manager to apply for the job. First a phone interview and after a few weeks had a interview with manager in person. After that went well. Met other team members to see if we could be a good fit. The process went quite fast.

Former experiences, things you achieved, want you like in your work, How was your former manager. What do you know about the bank etc.
