1. Over the phone (Once that portion was passed I was invited to go into the headquarter office)
2. 30 minutes to do an easy case study
3. Three different interviewers (first one was an hour, second and third were 30 min each)

Straight to the point. Sometimes you may have to wait a while for a response after being interviewed, but they will make you aware of that. It is a professional yet easy process so just prepare and be honest and you should be ok.

Phone screening with HR (Questions about previous jobs, salary expectations), second phone screening with hiring manager (Questions about previous jobs) and interviews face to face with hiring manager, 2 department managers and department director (More detailed questions about previous experience, situation questions answering with previous job examples)
