Another company with ZERO follow-up after interviewing. Candidates deserve an update if they have taken time from their day to speak with you. Although I was promised a "mid-week update," I received a canned rejection over a week later. It looks like they have hired 4+ HR Business Partners since my interview, so obviously I was a horrible fit despite my years of experience in healthcare HR.
