During the phone interview, the interviewer mostly explained the role in detail and the type of accounts you would be managing. The in-person interview was a 2-hour long standard marketing interview where managers from different teams, including the accounts team and finance team, took turns asking you behavioral and resume-related questions. There was also a short exercise testing your ability to compose a series of professional emails given a hypothetical client relationship management scenario.

Premier entretien avec le responsable des opérations qui pose des questions du type pourquoi voulez vous venir chez nous, pensez vous avoir les compétences pour faire de l'ad ops, quelle image avez vous de ce métier, avec vous deja utilisé des outils, avez vous des questions, savez vous ce que l'on vend ? Ensuite cas pratique avec l'équipe ad ops pour mieux faire connaissance. Un entretien avec la responsable commerciale qui tente de comprendre pourquoi vous êtes motivés et un dernier entretien avec le MD France qui peut poser une question type 8x8 en plein entretien.
