    I worked at RadiumOne full-time

    Pros

    - It was a good place to work (culture, morale) - Prior to mid 2015 the company was growing - there were plenty of interesting projects

    Cons

The company is no longer in existence It was driven by the original CEO, and once he was fired, the company went south

    Advice to Management

Place in leadership positions people who understand the marketplace. The CEO should make an effort to learn the business of the company, and should never say "I really don't understand what you're doing, but I do know that you're doing a great job"

I have been working at RadiumOne full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great Work-life balance, actually no work-only life :) People more or less respectful of each other.

    Cons

Offshoring the core product teams and literally no effort of improvisation sounded the death knell. The entire mid management was/is only interested in wasting people's time with no clear direction from the product. The entire product chain is broken and crappy.Just imagine these teams have been nurtured for years before the mgmt "realized" that they were good for nothing.

    Advice to Management

None, as the mgmt has now come out openly that nothing can be done.

    I worked at RadiumOne full-time

    Pros

Flexible work life balance. Some good people here trying to stick it out. Product is decent, though there are too many "me too" companies in the space, making it hard to stand out.

    Cons

The company has lost too many good sales people and is trying to replace them on the cheap. Management team isn't very strong and seems to only be looking for an exit as opposed to trying to rebuild a strong team. Most of the people left are simply biding their time or actively looking to get out. The overall negative morale is outweighing any positive feelings or momentum the company has or could start to build.

    Advice to Management

Get some strong leaders in place who will be able to recruit and rebuild a stronger sales team.
