I sent an email in response to a job posting and was immediately contacted by the hiring manager. She was very responsive until the interview. It was an hour long interview discussing skills, previous experiences and job responsibilities. They were supposed to get back in 2 days but there has been no response since two months even to follow ups. Be human enough to respond to interview candidates, hardly takes 2 minutes to comppse an email. During email exchanges to set up an interview, I would receive emails only between 8 PM - 10 PM. Huge RED flag!
