I submitted my CV through Indeed and was quickly contacted to schedule a virtual interview due to the lockdown restrictions at the time. The process was well-organized and efficient, with clear communication from the start.
During the virtual call, I had the opportunity to present my proposal on how I would approach the role. This part of the interview really stood out to me as it allowed me to demonstrate my skills and ideas in a meaningful way, rather than just answering standard questions. The interview felt more like a two-way conversation, with the interviewer being genuinely interested in my input and approach.
Overall, the interview process was engaging, professional, and made me feel excited about the opportunity to join the team.

Question 1
How would you approach this job in the first 6 months?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Raffolux (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Straightforward and clearly laid out. Very personable people that hosted the interview, and they managed my expectations well. Gave a lot of information about the company which was fantastic. It was three stages; an initial call with their CEO, a second stage interview with the relevant team, and a presentation.
