very reasonable process, multiple steps including phone interviews. Not the kind of place to ghost you, you will know if you got it or not pretty quickly - they will call or email you to let you know the outcome
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rail Projects Victoria (Melbourne) in Oct 2022
Interview
Straight forward interview process with hiring managers and HR. HR was communicative and kept me updated with the hiring process steps. The interviews had behavioral and technical questions, according to the role position.
Unfortunately, I had limited time to dig deeper into the role.
A negative was that there was no room for salary negotiation. Once in the role, I found out that I was more than qualified for the job.
