The interviewers themselves were professional and friendly, and the conversations were engaging. However, the overall candidate experience was impacted by communication challenges throughout the process.
Scheduling interviews required multiple follow-ups, and there were several instances where emails appeared to be misread or scheduling details were confused. After completing the interview process, communication became inconsistent, with longer-than-expected delays between updates. Expectations were set regarding timelines, but those timelines were not met, and follow-up inquiries often went unanswered.
Candidates invest significant time preparing for and participating in interviews. Even if a hiring decision has not been finalized, regular communication and acknowledgment of follow-up emails would demonstrate respect for candidates’ time and effort.

During the second interview you have to work on a workflow demo that they provide. It’s fairly easy and be prepared to have examples.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RainFocus
Interview
Pretty straightforward, met with a few different folks at different levels. General questions that were focused around my experience and situations that I needed to describe. I would say as generic an experience as they come. Everyone seemed nice! It took them a while to get back to me (and ultimately decline) but nothing concerning.

They did a few scenario questions asking how you'd respond in certain situations.
Highly do not recommend. To be ghosted by a recruiter, let alone the CPO (who you interview with), is extremely unprofessional and a major red flag. They will also be sure that you know “you are one of five out of 800 applicants that we chose” which seems to be a recurring statement made based off of other reviews….. fishy.
