Two telephone interviews, subsequent multi person telephonic interviews, and psychometric testing. The first interview was conducted by a recruitment agency. The next interview was done by the chief of personnel, and then subsequently, it was followed up by a panel interview with the chief of personnel, as well as marketing and general management. Thereafter I was requested to do psychometric tests, which took 17 minutes to complete. During the interviews, I was informed that I was one of the very best interviewees they had ever come across, and I was informed that on some of the critical questions I gave the best answer they had ever received. I would suggest that anyone interviewed do a basic search on google for what personality traits are business coaching interviews looking for, and that you just give these people the few stupid answers they want to hear.
