I attended the "Agile Application" as a new graduate. There was one entry screening, then I joined an online programming test. Everyone had a chance to get the first interview with group managers. After passing the first interview, I went to the final interview by
a department manager. In the afternoon, the hr phoned me that I was admitted. All of these programs were in one day. The interviewers are very kind, and you can communicate with English.
