Question 1
The toughest question was client specific and related to low margins in the electronics category and how to manage it without having a competitive commission. Pretty much out of the Account Manager's control since margins are set by the client but offered them different scenarios such as playing with other category's commissions to compensate for it being low.
The interview process was very unorganized. Horrible communication, trying to communicate with the hiring team is a challenge. However, the actual interview was good. The difficulty was average, nothing too crazy.

After 6 months of maddening interview experiences, this process was a breath of fresh air. Very straightforward, no hoops to jump through and a quick process overall. Met with 5 teammates total and had a candid conversation with them, answered typical interview questions and shared my experience. Painless and efficient!
