We sat in the lobby for the interview. There were quite a few client who could listen in to our conversation, which made me feel more anxious. It lasted for 40 minutes and was a very simple interview. I was asked back for a second interview two days after and told I was a accepted for the role the week after. They work super fast.

For my first interview, I was asked to go through my previous employment. - I went through where I worked and my duties there from my first workplace to my last position. At the end, I was asked about my goals and why I wanted to work for the business. For the second interview with the general manager and the interview I was asked general questions. One being what type of person I am and what I would bring to the role. It felt more like a conversation.

fue un proceso bastante bien extructurado, se tomo un tiempo ya que se atravesó un periodo vacacional, sin embargo la serie de entrevistas, examenes psicometricos e incluso las entrevistas en sitio, fueron muy enrriquecedoras
