Ramsey Theory Group interview questions

2 rounds First round is with the Senior Project Manager. They will ask standard interview questions based on your previous experience, how you found the role, and what the job is about. Nothing to crazy, really to see if you are a good fit. You will know if you made it to the second round or not within the week. Second round is with the Founder of the company and 1-2 more members in management. Here they explain the role more and ask more questions about yourself that aren't technical but more based on personality along with the opportunities of growth. In 1-2 days you should know if you got the role or not. They will not ghost you if you did not get the job.
