Month long process with multiple positions applied for before coming across the current one. Took an initial interview with Randstad and then a second one with the client. Once the current opportunity was put on the table I was hired within 2 days.

Video, standard questions, eager to explain process and requirements. Asked about customer service experience and behavioral questions. Explained and gave advice for the aptitude tests you have to take if the interview goes well.
