I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Randstad US (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a good interview. Overall, I thought it was pretty to the point. I would classify it as an average difficult of interview. You need to have passion and drive. Have to be very focused and determined.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Randstad US in Aug 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview, that was more of an exploratory conversation, with one of their recruiters. The interviewer asked how much money I was making at my previous company and I declined to disclose that information. I told her the salary I was looking to make (which honestly was only around 5K more than I was previously making) and she wouldn't accept that as an answer. The conversation ended not long after that and I never got any follow up from her.

Question 1
How much were you earning at your previous company?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Randstad US (Bellevue, WA) in May 2012
Interview
The interviewers talked a lot and didn't ask the right questions. They sell the company more than they vet their candidates. The process takes WAY TOO LONG. It took months for them to get through the entire process. When I did try to answer any questions that they asked, they would eventually cut me off and move on to another subject. It was very unorganized and had very little structure, which was okay with me at the time. I just NEEDED a job, especially one that paid as well as they said that it would.
