Completely unprofessionally handled. They sent out an offer with the intent to move very quickly. The offer was sent around 3 PM on a Wednesday. I accepted at around noon the following day. Less than 24 hours. Moments after replying with the acceptance (with no negotiation, despite below industry average pay), they rescinded the offer, citing their prior email marketing person had agreed to take on the role, and they wanted to fill the role ASAP. I would have been able to start in a few business days. Absolutely dodged a bullet. I would never want to work with a company that operates like this.
