I haven't finished the interview process yet, but I was scheduled a zoom meeting to take 3 tests (typing, IQ, and personality). After I passed all three tests I was scheduled my first interview over zoom call.

Interview
Very thorough and professional. It is still ongoing and I really hope to get this position. From the research I’ve done it seems very exciting and I’m looking forward to an offer.
One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

You had to accurately type 37 words per minute and they monitored keyboard strokes.

Interview
Two phone calls and a couple video interviews. Interviewer was quite demanding considering this is just a customer service role. Not as flexible for hours because your days off change every month.
