hr round is just a formality
written test is normal anyone can qualify as it is testing basic with multiple choice and sql question.
Hr is absent minded as she sent my offer letter to someone, so do call her if you got to hr round and confirmed verbally.

Technical interview was completely relevant to Manual testing, Sql database and simple queries and your current project. Managerial round was about a little bit of project and Testing challenges I faced in my current organisation. in HR there were basic questions.
