Targeted from internship and asked to come to headquarters for super day. Was flown to St. Petersburg and treated incredibly well. The Superday featured several short interviews with a panel of individuals followed by a tour of the campus.

Ask a lot of personality and fit questions, you are entering into a learning role and are focused on learning. Think of it as a MSF from a top 25 institution except they pay you so make sure you are likable
