Interview
There are multiple rounds of interviews, 1st round with junior analysts, and second-round with senior analyst, then a third round with VPs, MDs, and they also mentioned there would be a meeting with people from New York office as well (I was interviewing for their Financo Boston Office Consumer Retail group). It is a quick turnaround.

Some technicals asked in the first round, what are the four valuation methods, and some consumer group focused questions.

There were 2 stages to the interview. One in-person interview on my university's campus, and one in their headquarters in St. Petersburg, Fl. The in-person interview was a "Super Day" where you talked to everyone in the group.
