Interview
I applied online for several positions and then the next day I was sent an email from HR to complete a behavioral/personality test online. After completing the online portion, later that week I was asked to come in and do a 1:1 interview with a higher up in the department. I was then asked a week later to come in and do some numeric/verbal testing. I was then notified several days later that I had not been chosen for the position. Overall, my interview experience was great and simple.

Question 1
Tell me about a good/bad decision that you have made in the past and the process you went through in making that decision.

Interview
First round interview, questions about experience. Recruiter didn't seem to understand what the job would entail day-to-day, so I had to provide extra context about experience vs. job requirements.
We pretty quickly got to salary requirements...they pay FAR below industry standard, and the recruiter had her head in the sand about it...insisted they paid industry standard or they wouldn't have "so many people still working there".
I guess she can't be bothered reading the GlassDoor reviews about salary.
I ended the call quickly. A 30% pay reduction vs industry standard isn't the way to get high quality candidates, and it's not worth anyone's time to pursue employment there unless you are just starting out and next to get some experience.
It's clear to me know why the same positions get re-posted over and over again.

Question 1
I wasn't asked any questions...that's the advantage of quickly ending an interview for a bad opportunity.

Interview
I was called to do a phone interview. It was all behavioral based questions and they wanted examples from my past. The entire interview took about 20 minutes. I was told that I had been moved on to do a face-to-face interview based on my results, but I got a phone call back shortly after that saying that the position had already been filled.

Question 1
Explain a situation in your past in which you had to pay close attention to detail. How did you manage this and what was the result?

Interview
Taleo based system for entering employment history, skills, etc and uploading resume. Human Resources is not proactive in reaching out to experienced candidates and often does not pass resumes to hiring manager that would qualify. Testing is required in order to proceed to next phase of interview process, but not a guarantee that you will interview again. The process is relatively objective; however, if you are interested in a job, it may take months to get an answer. Stay ontop of HR recruiter and try to find a connection to the hiring manager. Interviews are often done with a manager and 1-3 team members depending on the job level. Be prepared to answer scenario -type questions: situation or task, action, and result.

Question 1
A lot of the questions relate to how you will fit within a team setting-- not difficult unless you are unaware of corporate culture (research).
