ReEngage interview questions

Thorough interview process with multiple interviews with the CEO talking about job responsibilities, the vibe of the workplace, goals for the position (and company overall) and nuances for working with people who are recovering from religious trauma. Lots of discussion about personality types, my personal wants and needs in a working relationship, and what I needed to flourish professionally and personally. Also spent a lot of time hearing the CEO's hopes and dreams for the company and how this role will play into the growth plan.
