1st interview in any company related to GN group is the same, firstly talks about general information, where you are from and your cultural background, I was asked 4 questions about where I were born, my nationality and my family, as if we will marry each other not work together. and what have you done , what software do you use. Then next day they sent a rejection letter. Even if the work you did was exactly same to what they do, same software and same experience. Just they are not able to work with someone different than them ( Jew, Muslim, different culture).
