I applied for a position with this company and completed an initial phone interview, which seemed positive. During the call, I was told I would be invited to a face-to-face interview and that I would receive an email confirming the date and time.
After the call, I didn’t hear anything for over a week. I sent several follow-up messages via email, text, and through Indeed but received no response. I eventually called the company directly and was told they were never received any messages from me even though all were delivered successfully, they said that they would pass the matter to head office and get back to me.
Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.
The lack of communication and organisation throughout the process was frustrating and disappointing. Candidates invest time preparing for interviews and deserve basic courtesy and updates regarding the status of their application.
