Informal Interview with the CEO directly. The whole process was handled by the CEO herself, asking behavioir questions and several questions about the real estate in general. I think this is very easy interview which is not challenging at all. Overall, the CEO is very nice and considerate, and I think they also want to hire someone without real estate background or experience.
