Glassdoor Review of TCC & Recordsure - Mark Hover
Mark Hover - Group Chief Commercial Officer contacted me, about the above position via LinkedIn.
We arranged, and then had a call on my birthday which was Friday, March 18, 2022.
On March 21, 2022 I sent Mark a copy of my resume, but I received no response.
Then on Friday, March 25, 2022, one week since my birthday and when we last spoke, I sent Mark an email which was unanswered.
Finally, this past Monday, March 28, 2022 as it had been ten days since we last spoke, I sent another (third) email, to which has not been responded to.
I've seen the other reviews, for Interviews and worryingly Company Reviews from both current and past employees, and can see a trend. Its good I found out about this company, early on and not waste my time and expectations!
To not have had a response is highly unprofessional, and not respecting my time spent, both reviewing the company and the above sales position at the past interview, now almost two weeks ago...

Question 1
There were various interview questions such as what did I know about the company, and I had asked questions to Mark both about the company, the primary critical issues Recordsure were solving, which he liked.
1st stage interview then 2nd stage...1st stage is a phone screen. They committed recruitment fraud by calling the role a data scientist function when the candidate wouldn't really be doing any of that work, it is mostly about customer engagement. All the requirements are pointless as all of that work is done by someone else. Then when you go for interview you find everything that is stated on paper you would not be doing. Making you wonder why did they mislead and misrepresent the candidate through the process. I was not interested in 2nd stage as they misled and misrepresented the role I had applied for.
