I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull (Bogotá, Bogota) in Jan 2017
Interview
There are two interviews. The first interview is with a "Field Marketing Specialist" whom is in charge of a team of Student Brand Mangers and "wings" (brand ambassadors). Questions vary from what you do in school, what are your passions, situations, etc. Most of them are personality questions and they are looking for people who share the brand values. Very important to be extroverted, self confident, and very proactive in proposing new ideas.
