Fast response after initial application. First interview is solo video recording where they ask about your past experiences and interest in the position. It was very straight forward and tech was easy to use.

Interview
Interview takes place digitally, records answer to pre-set questions. You log onto a website that gives you about ten seconds to read the answer, then a set amount of time to speak towards your webcam in response.
