Prior Social-Skills Test, followed by a virtual interview through the HireVue software. Questions were 'personal', and really focused on getting to know candidates. For every question, one attempt only was possible, but there was enough time to prepare answers.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
