I recently had a disappointing interview experience with this company, which left me with serious concerns about its work environment and professionalism. During the interview, the interviewer abruptly turned off the camera mid-discussion, which was unexpected and unprofessional. This action disrupted the flow of the interview and left a negative impression. Furthermore, despite the company's claims of prioritizing work-life balance, this was not reflected in the demeanor of the manager who conducted the interview. They appeared visibly stressed and overworked, which was concerning to witness firsthand. It was clear that they were in need of additional support and resources. Based on this experience, I would caution potential applicants to carefully consider whether this company's advertised values align with the actual workplace culture and practices. The discrepancy between the stated commitment to work-life balance and the reality observed during the interview process was disappointing and concerning.
