Red Cell Partners interview questions

Lengthy - 4+ rounds, mostly behavioral, including an in-person interview if you are local and an executive interview with the COO. Because of the number of rounds, it did take several months from application submitted to offer accepted.

Still in process after 6 rounds of interviewing that started in January. I wish they'd move faster. Started recruiter screening. Week later recruiter screening for another company 3 weeks later basic code-assessemnt. 1 week later architecture assessment 1 week later take-home micro-service assignment. 2 weeks later talk to team. 3 weeks later submit the interview results to another team. in 2-3 months the process is still ongoing.
