Red Engine (UK) interview questions

My experience interviewing for the Digital Product Design role at this company was very disappointing. First, I think they are posting ghost job ads, since I've seen the same position reposted over and over since August. It feels like they’re one of those companies taking advantage of the tough job market right now. In the interview, the Head of Technology and Design didn’t seem to know what they were really looking for. One of them, who came from a fashion background, didn’t understand the role and acted arrogantly when I explained my background and design process. They asked random questions that didn’t make sense and showed up late to the interview. Plus, they didn’t even give me five minutes to ask my own questions. Overall, it was a total waste of time.
