Very poor experience, including the internal referring Red Hatter being ghosted by their own peers after providing glowing feedback on me.
The recruiter at one point sent me an email addressed to someone else. So I asked if the email was intended for me before providing my availability. Zero apology. Just said yes.

First round is HR. Then one or two existing CSM colleagues will meet you. Then the hiring manager together with solution architect manager will join together to have a final interview.

Extreme lengthy!!!Applied online went through 6 rounds interview, after the final round entire process last over one month. At the end, they go for the other candidate saying more relevant working experience. really waste candidate's time jump all the hoops if working experience isn't that relevant. pls say so 'NO HIRE' in the early stage may be around the 3rd interview. The hiring process obviously needs much more improvement. waste 6 weeks of my time I don't think I'm the only one here.
