Interview
Initial rounds of interview by telephone. Then, all technical rounds from US by phone and google chat. First round of interview started off with the basic screening on testing and unix basics. Thats the basic minimum requirement to filter the candidate. Then, followed by technical rounds for the skill sets. There was also situation related questions as how you would react or respond for a particular situation.

Interview
They contacted me through Linkedin and asked if I was interested for the job position. First there was an automated web-based test for the relevant technologies (python, bash). Afterwards there was an hour long phone technical interview. After that, they gave me 6 days to work on a small programming project, that it took me 2,5 days to complete. Then there was another call, again technical.
Although they were satisfied by my technical level, they decided that I might not have the mindset for the position. So I did not get an offer.
