Was headhunted for this role, had an intial phone interview with the talent acquisition team, then a more technical interview with the hiring manager as well as two future co-workers. We had a follow up phone conversation with a project manager that I would be working closely with. Next I was to then meet them in person with the first major client, this ended up being a meeting the RedEye project manager and CEO/founder, as well as the client's sponsor and two of their employees. Incredibly full on interview process in retrospect and was quite stressful.

2 step interview. 1 via telephone and 1 via MS Teams. Interview questions were standard on career history and how this would translate to the role. Downside - no response after second interview to advise on outcome, despite this being stated in the 2nd interview. This would indicative of the organisation. and their values.

Interview

The interview process was thorough. First with Head of People, then line manager, CEO and finally a round table with business crosssection. It was a good mix of technical and personality based recruitment, felt I had a good appreciation of the anticipated environment prior to engagement. The process was relatively quick and didn't have extended delays or recruitment cycle that you would expect at established business'. That being said it was appropriate for the role and I was happy with the process.
