However, within two days, I received an unexpected email from the recruiting manager with detailed 'interview feedback'—despite no interview ever being scheduled or conducted. Shortly afterward, my application was archived. This left me questioning the company's professionalism and overall recruiting process. A clearer and professional organized approach to candidate interactions would greatly improve the experience.
