I applied online. I interviewed at Redis (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
First a Call with talent acquisition
Then a zoom with SDR managers
Then a zoom with with VP
A task to complete
If successful then move to the final stage offer
CV check, followed by internal recruiter call, then hiring manager call, next stage after is a presentation in office to the team showing prospecting activities and saying why you'd call that lead and what you'd say in your pitch.
So many interviews but no real desire to explain what went wrong. This process for SDR interviews is getting out of hand. Maybe they are a great company to work for, but I found their interview process repetitive and disjointed.
