Redland City Council interview questions

Good interview process, very simple applicatio process. Interview was standard and informal. No Human Resources presence within the interview panel. Questions therefore were primarily technically focused rather than behavioural. No follow up or notification of being unsuccessful following interview.

The interview started with pleasantries and was comfortable. I was seated at a table with three other people, spread apart in location due to Covid-19 requirements. The three interviewers then took turns asking questions related to the skills I would need should I get the job. They wrote notes on their checksheets regarding my responses.
