Not bad but they don’t know what they want. Generally not bad. The hiring manager is great but the partners are not so nice. It was not bad experience. It was two stages but the second stage was not necessary as they asked the same questions as the first stage.
I interviewed at Redmayne Bentley (Leeds, England)
Interview
The interview process was Mainly centered on the company's values and it was more on how you can contribute to the organizations values and its vision. It was an hour interview. The interview had the immediate manager and HR personnel
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Redmayne Bentley (Leeds, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Firstly after applying for the role I was offered an assessment test, this was to establish my understanding of numbers and percentages and being able to work out fairly basic mathematical data.
Secondly after I had passed this test, I was offered a interview via Zoom. (due to Covid-19). An hour long interview based mainly on STAR Questions, I will be honest, I struggled mainly that the last time I went for an interview was in 2006, having come out of College and getting my first job. Needless to say I didn't get the job, but it does mean I can prepare for my next interview in a more professional manner
