Was a 2 step process, Firstly a phone interview they discussed my resume and past experience, touched on my job description and requirements needed. In person interview, was more of a in depth look at what the company required of me on a daily basis and also if i was familiar with certain CRM software. Contracts and listing process as well as marketing aspect and meeting with clients.
