Refound interview questions

The leadership team, especially the CEO, does not practice what they preach in Good Authority. Interviews were rushed and disorganized. The second round had no structure—no one asked me questions, and the team spent the time talking about their own unrelated work. For a company built on emotional intelligence and accountability, this was jarring. There’s a concerning pattern of the CEO criticizing his staff while also displaying erratic, indecisive behavior himself. I left with the impression that leadership craves innovation but isn’t prepared to handle it—or the people who bring it.
