two phone interviews each about an hour long. First was with HR just about my involvements and what type of work I would be interested in. Next was with the actual person who would become my boss who asked more about my background and how it would relate to the work i would be doing

Super easy - had a hirevue and then spoke with a manager before receiving an offer. Asked basic questions like a time when I learned something new, my manager was super conversational as well

Interview
There were two panellists from the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Mostly behavioural based questions. Some questions involved ranking my values. I received their decision two days after the interview.
had a video interview, HR interview then interview with the scientist i worked with, pretty casual and conversational. generally talked about research interests in their team and then how my experience aligned with that.
