Overall met with 12 people during the on-site interview. They were all very nice, but it's definitely intimidating because they do it to "place" you in a certain group because Process Sciences is a department. So if you're not interested in a certain group and what they do, it's kind of hard to sell yourself because they ask a lot of technical questions based on your resume.
4 interviews with hr, hiring manager and senior managers. Took a number of weeks from the first interview to complete the process. Overall, the interviews were not overly difficult. Know the biotech production process, velocisuite technologies, drugs approved and in the pipeline.

It was a good interview process overall but even though they say that they don't discriminate based on citizenship, they do reject if you are not a citizen for entry level positions.
