I had a phone interview which lasted approximately half an hour. The interviewer was nice and easily approachable. She asked what I knew about the company and what would be an ideal day at work.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
