They called me (unscheduled) which was bit weird because I was driving and had to pull over in the rain to conduct the phone interview. Nonetheless the phone interview went well and I was then invited to complete online video interviews through a site. This was different as I hadn't done interviews talking to a screen before but the site gave you the option of rerecording if you didn't like what you had recorded.
