Had a phone interview which discussed my knowledge of what the job involved and a bit about what I know about the company.
Second interview involved two zoom meetings back to back over the course of two hours. This was with HR, department heads and managers and involved technical and behavioural questions. This included discussing aseptic technique, bioburden and teamwork questions.
Interviews were easy and everyone I spoke to were really nice and friendly. However it has been almost 2 months and I still have heard nothing back about how I did, so assuming I did not get the job.
